These three foundations come standard with every plan. Every singer on your team gets them from day one, regardless of which tier you choose.

Foundational vocal training that gives every singer on your team a real starting point: breathing, tone, range, and vocal health. The Starter Pack is also Module 1 of the full Vocal Transformation Course, so it doubles as an on-ramp into the deeper work down the road.

More Than a Program
A lot of programs hand you a login and wish you luck. This isn't that.
Before your team ever logs in, we build a plan together — one that fits your specific team size, current skill level, and ministry goals. You're not getting a generic curriculum. You're getting a progression designed for your people, your stage, and your season.
You know your team better than I ever will. You're the one who's already invested in them, and you're the one keeping them engaged week to week. My role is to give you the training content, the live coaching, and the resources to back up what you're asking of them. We're doing this together.
Each quarter builds on the last. The group coaching sessions are designed to address what your team is actually facing in real time — not a pre-recorded module that may or may not apply. This is a living system that grows with your team.
How Churches Make This Work
Most of the churches I work with don't carry the full cost alone, and they don't have to. The church covers the bulk of the investment, the team chips in their share, and what happens next is the part that surprises everyone: when singers have something invested, they show up differently. That's when real growth starts to take hold.
A different way to think about the cost
When you first see the quarterly number, it can feel like a lot. I get it. It's a real commitment, and you're being a good steward by looking at it carefully. But that number was never meant to land on the church alone. The way most churches make this work is by covering the bulk of the investment themselves and asking each team member to chip in a small monthly share. Once you break it down that way, the per-person monthly number is usually less than what most of us spend on one streaming service — for training that changes the way your team leads worship every weekend.
There's a calculator after the tier tables below where you can model your team size, your church/team split, and your tier. The per-person monthly number is the one to show your pastor or your team. For most churches, that's the moment everything clicks.

Add-On Seats
Every plan starts with a 1–5 member base. If your team is a little bigger than that, you have two paths: step into the next band (6–12), or stay on the 1–5 base and add the extras as individual seats at the add-on rate. Either way, every add-on seat includes the Vocal Transformation Starter Pack, so every new member starts the same way the rest of the team did.
As your team grows, there's a natural point where stepping into the next band actually saves you money. The calculator in the cost-sharing section below figures that out for you, side-by-side, so you can see exactly which option makes sense for your team.
What Participation Looks Like
Here's what each member of your team is committing to every month. These aren't busywork. They're the rhythm that makes the training actually take hold, week after week. Higher tiers add a few more pieces to this foundation.
Every Member, Every Month — All Tiers
Each month I assign a specific course or lesson from the Vocal Elevation Academy. It's not a "pick what looks interesting" situation. It's targeted training designed to move your team forward together.
At least one post per month: a win to celebrate, a question for the group, a progress note, whatever's on their mind. More is always welcome. This is how Terry and you see your team's growth in real time, and it's where the team starts building each other up.
Your team's live monthly coaching session, question-driven and team-wide, built around what's actually happening for your singers right now. This is the heartbeat of each month, and it's the moment your team really starts to feel like a team.
Live, interactive office hours inside VEA, open to every member every month. Not required, but the members who show up consistently are the ones who experience the biggest breakthroughs. If your team can make it, they really should.

All payments are made directly by the church to Terry Michaels Studios — not by individual team members. If your church uses a cost-sharing model internally, that's entirely between you and your team. One invoice, one payment, zero complexity on our end.
Investment & Billing
Simple, predictable, and always church-to-studio — no individual billing, no per-member invoices.
Due on the 1st of your agreed start month. This begins Quarter 1 and activates your team's access immediately.
Each new quarter begins on the 1st of the month following your previous quarter's end. Payments are made on the 1st of that month, every quarter.
All invoices go to the church ministry — not to individual team members. One invoice, one payment, one relationship. Your team just shows up and grows.

The Training Standard
Three months is enough to get started. Six months is where the change actually takes root — where vocal habits form, team unity solidifies, and your congregation begins to feel the difference. This program is built to be ongoing, not a one-time event.
Months 1–3 / Q1
Your team gets oriented, access is activated, and the foundational training begins. This is the warm-up — vocal habits start forming, group coaching sessions establish the rhythm, and the team begins tracking progress together.
Months 4–6 / Q2
The six-month mark is the standard for a reason. By Q2 the training has had time to become natural — in the room, on the platform, and in the culture of the team. This is the quarter where worship leaders start reporting real, trackable transformation.
Q3 and Beyond
After the first six months, the program continues quarter to quarter at the same Q2+ ongoing rate — no increases, no surprises. The team stays in as long as it's serving them. The goal is a long-term training culture built into your ministry, not a short-term program.
When It's Time to Stop
When a church is ready to conclude the program, that decision needs to be communicated with at least 30 days written notice before the close of the current quarter. This ensures a proper wrap-up, final sessions, and a clean transition — no surprise exits on either side.
